Residential Home Health provides referring physicians and their staff members with an individualized, secure website so they can monitor up-to-date patient information and verify that all prescribed care is being administered. The paperless process gives physicians a thorough view of patient progress and even allows doctors to refer patients and approve orders electronically.

Residential’s Physician Portal also allows doctors to review the following, any day, any time:

• Patient status and vital signs, receiving email alerts if abnormal changes occur
• Medications, doses and allergies
• Patient treatment schedules
• Billing details, including Medicare/Medicaid information
• Referrals, admissions and discharges

This HIPAA-Compliant site is free to physicians and only available through Residential Home Health.
